All Hoof Care Visits must be booked using our New Client Intake Form & Payment Submission.

1: Please select the Service you wish to book below and follow the prompts. You will be directed to our New Client intake form to create a folder with your personal information and your animals information, as well as any concerns you may have. PLEASE be aware of our rescheduling/cancellation policies below.
2: You will be prompted to pay the Farm Visit Fee Payment upon completion of the New Client Intake Form. 3: Once both are submitted, we will be in contact with you shortly to discuss availability.
