We’re excited to offer our Happy Hooves Subscription Program for families who prefer predictable visits and priority scheduling! This program helps keep your animals comfortable year-round while simplifying payments and planning.

Who is this for? Our Happy Hooves Family Maintenace Program Clients can now enjoy this prepayment option to further help with ongoing visits and budgeting!

Subscription Option
-
3-Visit Plan (6 Months) — Prepayment of 3 routine hoof care visits scheduled approximately every 8 weeks.
Each subscription guarantees a spot on our regular service routes for 6 months or 3 visits.
Scheduling & Route Commitment
-
Visits are booked on a recurring 8-week schedule, aligning with our established service routes.

Appointments are confirmed in advance via our standard reminder system.

Clients must confirm appointments within the requested time frame to retain their scheduled slot. Ideally within 2 days. Non communication may result in cancellation and forefeited payment of the visit.

QUESTION: "What if I am on vacation or not home during the scheduled visit date/time ? "

Please read the cancellation & missed appointments section below. On occassion we have completed visits while farm sitters tend to the animals OR perform services with permission of the client.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel a visit due to a true emergency, please refer to the following:

One visit per subscription may be rolled over to the next available route in your area if cancellation notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

Any additional cancellations or missed visits beyond this one time allowance will be forfeited without refund.

Rollover visits will be billed at full service rate ( New Client Pricing) because hoof growth beyond 16 weeks requires more time and corrective work.
Payment & Refund Policy

Subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable.

Payment secures your spot for the full subscription period. Reminders are sent to renew your subscription towards the end of your current subscription.

Subscriptions cannot be transferred or shared between farms or owners.

QUESTION: " I bought more animals and want to add them to the plan !" - Great! Congratulations, you will be charged accordingly : First Visit will be charged at the New Client Price, Future Visits will be charged at the Happy Hooves Family Maintenance Program Discount.

QUESTION: "One of my animals passed away or was sold do I get a refund?" We can add a credit to your account, we do not offer refunds. This credit can be used towards future visits or subscriptions.
